This blog is designed to encourage parent-teacher communication. I will post announcements for parents of my first graders here so they can access it any time! This blog will also be used to motivate student learning. Look for shared writing, photos of class events, and comments from students about what they are learning! Share the website with grandparents and friends...they must have the correct web address to find this blog.

"Shiny" Pennies needed!!
Please check your pockets or purse for a “shiny” penny and send it (or them if you have extra) to school so we can add it to our Abraham Lincoln projects!!! I can’t find 15 shiny ones! Thanks!
