"Mrs. Miller's World!"

"Mrs. Miller's World" is a little gameshow-like activity that the kids and I love to play! I call out letters, sounds, or simple words and they have to write what they hear. Then, they must hold up their white board so I can see their answers. We played it for the first time yesterday. LaDarius really could be a gameshow announcer! He really got the hang of saying, "Welcome to Mrs. Miller's World," in a precious announcer voice! While getting and putting away materials, the kids and I sign a theme song...ask your child to sing the tune for you..."NA-NA-NA-NA-NA-NA-NA-NA-NA-NA!!!!!!!"

Get your child to teach you how to play (its so easy!!) and play at home or in the car! Your kids will not even know they are reinforcing phonics skills!

Oh yea...notice all of our "sock erasers?!?!" Mr. Kelley's sock drawer took a hit!! HA!! He wanted to get rid of these socks anyway, but I am so lucky to have such a supportive husband!!
