Here are some pictures of the kids playing "Empty the Bowl!" There are teddy bear counters and linking cubes in big bowls on each table. Kids have been making patterns with these manipulatives if they finish their work early. Now, I have dice in each bowl--kids love rolling the dice and having to count that many bears or blocks out of the bowl. We are reinforcing counting skills, number recognition, and having fun...Kindergarten is the best!!!
